**Job Title: Construction Laborer – Erosion Control**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on installing and maintaining erosion control systems on commercial construction sites while supporting site safety, cleanliness, and efficient project delivery. You will work outdoors year-round, operate a variety of equipment and hand tools, and contribute to the successful completion of large-scale projects, including data center work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install and maintain erosion control devices, including silt fences, erosion control blankets, wattles, and mulch bags.
+ Operate construction and landscaping equipment such as tractors and skid steers in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Use hand tools and power tools, including shovels, staple guns, utility knives, and similar equipment, to complete daily tasks.
