Construction Manager (CM) – DEC Delivery
Cleint is seeking a Construction Managers to support a large-scale, mission-critical data center campus in El Paso, TX. The site is a 1-gigawatt campus consisting of 10 data hall buildings, multiple network buildings, and significant infrastructure.
The project is already one year underway and is currently moving through foundations, with first turnover expected in October. This is a new “Lightning” product type, utilizing three GCs:
Site GC
Core & Shell GC
Integrator GC installing prefabricated data center modules
The Construction Managers will support execution across this highly complex environment, working under the Area CM and Campus CM structure.
