Role Overview The Construction Manager – Data Center is responsible for the on-site execution of mission-critical data center construction projects, with a strong focus on MEP systems, reliability, and commissioning readiness. The role ensures all construction activities meet stringent uptime, redundancy, and quality requirements typical of Tier III / Tier IV facilities.
Key Responsibilities Project Execution (Mission-Critical Focus)
- Manage day-to-day site operations for data center construction (CSA + MEP).
- Coordinate contractors across critical systems including power, cooling, and fire protection.
- Ensure works align with fast-track schedules typical of hyperscale and colocation builds.
