Job Description:

Oversees field operations across Central Florida (5-10 projects), collaborating with AMs/PMs and Superintendents to ensure efficient execution and adherence to project plans.

- Collaborate with project construction staff to ensure seamless coordination.

- Oversee field operations and work sequencing alongside the Project Manager.

- Direct project personnel activities to meet schedule and budget goals.

- Support supervisors in maintaining production within budget and timeline.

- Review project estimates to determine schedules, costs, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation.

- Thoroughly understand project documents, identifying completeness or deficiencies.

- Proactively anticipate project needs to prevent production delays.
