Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, the Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from early planning and feasibility through procurement, construction, commissioning, and close‑out.

The role is accountable for delivering approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory outcomes across a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects.

The Construction Manager provides end‑to‑end tactical leadership for the delivery of complex capital construction projects that support the organization’s long‑term facilities and operational objectives.
