Requirements of the Construction Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects (required ).
• Strong Knowledge of HVAC systems design, load calculations, and equipment choice.
• Understanding of energy efficient systems and sustainable design strategies.
