Our client, a Communications company, is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator I for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Two Project Coordinators / Back Office Support resources to support new-build projects and associated construction (Cx) programs.

+ The resources will manage high-volume administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks that currently exceed team capacity.

+ Positions exist to streamline project lifecycle workflows-from initiation through closeout-allowing Project Managers and Cx Managers to focus on field execution and strategic oversight.

+ Coordinators will primarily perform documentation, tracking, validation, and stakeholder coordination activities essential for project continuity and timely delivery.

+ Work will support multiple Cx programs, including IOA, existing conduit, and new-build/underwrite conduit initiatives.
