About The Role
The Construction Team is responsible for the management of the design and installation of the civil engineering and construction aspects of our projects and technical support to the Development team and wider Group, this includes:
Ensuring the civil engineering design for each location is progressed. Planning and co-ordination of construction contractors. Drafting of relevant terms within contracts for stakeholders involved in the design and construction phase. Ensuring the programme is kept on time, budget and proper communication maintained.
