Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain theProjectSafetyPlan in alignment with company and legal standards.
• Leadsitesafetyinductions andtraining sessions for allconstructionpersonnel and contractors.
• Review and provide input on contractors’Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) .
• Conductdaily toolbox talks andsafetybriefings to reinforce safe work practices.
• Perform regularsitesafetyinspections and tours to ensure compliance withsafetyprotocols and CDM 2015 requirements.
• Advise theProjectManager and site leadership onsafetyperformance and risk mitigation measures.
• Manageincident reporting ,investigations , and follow-up actions.
