Responsibilities:
Manage the construction site and all related aspects in Cape Town, including effectively managing all site staff, subcontractors and suppliers. Experience in commercial and industrial construction is essential. Manage all Notifications of Delays, Variation Orders and Non-Conformance Reporting Interface with client/architect/professionals and be considered the main lead representative of on site.
