General Purpose: This position is responsible for overseeing a construction project from start to finish ranging in revenue from $500,000-$40,000,000.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and daily project scope
• Responsible for on the job training, overseeing and supervision of employees, to include but not limited to encouraging, motivating, and leading by example, displaying effective verbal communication, technical writing, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
• Preparing and implementing requirements and scheduling to meet all inspection and permit specifications
• Managing project cost and schedule, including but not limited to: Assisting and preparing cost and schedule analysis.
