Position Summary:

• Superintendent responsibilities include onsite management of commercial renovation projects.


• Project work takes place after hours and on weekends.
• The ideal candidate should have construction experience, ability to work without direct supervision, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to organize their work using MS office tools.
• Ultimately, a successful Superintendent should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day communication with Clients, Sub-Contractors, and internal staff.
