POSITION SUMMARY
This position demands both administrative and field performance related to the coordination and oversight of projects to ensure timely and effective process development and completion. These tasks include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed per Contract Documents within time and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques, materials, equipment, and workforce in general.
- Must resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies, or other issues that may cause delays.
