Job Description

• Review the required site Manpower Plan (MPP) with construction management and confirm resource adequacy.
• As the Company's representative in the field, organise, administer and control construction in accordance with Company and Client requirements.
• Be fully familiarised with the applicable contract requirements, policies and procedures.
• Provide effective communication between colleagues, contractors and the Client.
• Promote health and safety and ensure OHSA Act is strictly adhered to.
• Ensure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower comply with all aspects of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy, site regulations and permit to work procedures.
• Apply professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, QCP’s and Procedu...
