Summary - Basic $4700 + AWS + VB

- Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
- Location: Tampines
Responsibilities - Handled full sets of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoice processing, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Issued and posted sales invoices, credit memos, and vendor invoices based on supporting documents and contractual agreements.
- Processed weekly and monthly vendor payments and managed intercompany transactions.
- Prepared journal entries, journal vouchers, and performed bank reconciliations.
- Generated AR aging reports, Statements of Account, and followed up on overdue payments with customers.
- Supported month‑end closing, fixed asset register maintenance, and year‑end audit documentation.
