Initiative Ownership & Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned BIO initiatives, including lead generation,
LIG, and worksite marketing programmes, to improve agent productivity and
activation.Develop execution plans, milestones, operating models, and success metrics.Monitor delivery risks and proactively propose mitigations.Support in dentifying partnership opportunities and translate them into
practical, scalable initiatives across districts.Distribution & District Enablement
