ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge of Citrix Cloud architecture and components.Environment Monitoring & Administration.User Access & Endpoint Troubleshooting.Session management & supportVDA Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot the Virtual Delivery AgentKnowledge on Citrix Licensing.Installation & configuration of Citrix cloud services.Resolve user connection issues.Deploy virtual desktop images.Apply patches to VDAs.Update documentation for troubleshooting. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree4+ years dedicated Citrix experience.Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V).Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply. PREFERRED SKILLS:
