The Senior Employee Relations Consultant will act as a trusted partner to the business, providing expert guidance on complex initiatives, grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations, while also managing and delivering high‑stakes litigation at the CCMA and Labour Court. In this pivotal role, the Consultant will collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape and implement Employee Relations and People & Culture strategies that support a fast‑paced growth environment, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, mitigating risk, and fostering a culture of fairness, accountability, and transparency across the organisation.
