Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery


• Proficiency in HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Service Catalog, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management for HR


• Experience in developing and maintaining catalog items, record producers, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business rules


• Ability to customize UI Policies, Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs for HR applications


• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
