Business Analyst – Retail Energy

iSphere is looking for a Business Analyst with Retail Energy experience who knows how to keep projects moving, requirements organized, and meetings from turning into therapy sessions about why the last project failed.

This role sits between the business and technical teams, helping translate operational needs into solutions people can actually use. The work touches CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, and broader retail energy operations, so industry experience matters here. Someone coming from outside retail energy usually spends the first six months learning acronyms and trying to figure out why one billing issue somehow involves fourteen teams.
