BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for the construction and completion of Makati Campus Project, close monitoring of contractor's work, budget versus actual, achieving cost efficiencies and project safety upon completion and turn over.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Manages Makati Campus construction work progress assigned within the year within approved schedule (Maximum negative variance of 5% from the agreed original master program)
Prepares project program/timeline Prepares construction agreement and contract documents Coordinates with consultants and other BDO units with project deliverable Review project plan and specification for completeness and within BDO standard. Participates in the pre-bid meetings and actual site inspection. Conducts technical meeting with the contractor implementation.
