Consultant Radiologist (Breast Radiology)

We are delighted to advertise a consultant radiologist position specializing in breast imaging at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Job overview

Post-holder will support delivery of specialist imaging services, including cancer and non‑cancer work, and will also support the diagnostic acute radiology service. The role requires general and emergency diagnostic radiology knowledge and will involve teaching, training, audit, and quality improvement activities.

Main duties of the job

• Deliver a comprehensive, high‑quality breast imaging service – mammography, ultrasound, breast MRI, and related interventional procedures such as vacuum‑assisted biopsy and localisation techniques; MRI‑guided biopsy experience is an advantage.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and diagnostic pathways to support surgical and oncological breast services.
