**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the full CGI production workflow, including modeling, lighting, texturing, shading, look development, scene management, compositing, and post-production.
+ Deliver photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations for architectural, engineering, and digital projects such as interiors, exteriors, masterplans, and infrastructure.
+ Develop and manage real-time rendering and immersive environments using AR/VR platforms (Unreal Engine, Twinmotion) to support design reviews and client engagement.
+ Create branded client presentations that integrate renders, diagrams, and storytelling to strengthen proposals and design reviews.
+ Support the design team in developing UI/UX layouts and prototypes for digital platforms including dashboards, interactive kiosks, and AR/VR applications.
