" Bachelor's degree in marketing, psychology, marketing research or related field required. While not mandatory, an MBA or a master's degree can be advantageous

" Strong knowledge of data and statistical concepts; ability to synthesize multiple data sources (primary research, syndicated, behavioral data)

" Proficient in survey development and managing research across both quantitative and qualitative methods.
