WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Content Coordinator, you coordinate CRM content across channels and ensure accurate setup and execution in marketing automation tools to deliver consistent, high-quality customer communication.
You will:
- Coordinate and manage content across CRM channels (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp), ensuring alignment with planned campaigns and communication calendars
- Set up and execute CRM communications in marketing automation tools based on defined plans and existing content assets
- Manage copy and content quality, including writing, editing, and validating content across channels
- Coordinate translation and adaptation of content to ensure accuracy and consistency across markets
- Review and approve content outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication standards
