Role Overview:

We’re looking for an intern to join our Content Writing team to support day-to-day work for our online platforms, CRM/Whatsapp and digital marketing communication across multiple customer touchpoints to drive engagement, clicks, and conversions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

The intern will be involved in creating content primarily for:

• Push notifications

• CRM communication (in-app copies)

• Banner and on-site promotional copies, Editing and proofreading copies for clarity, grammar, and consistency

• SMS and WhatsApp communication, Writing multiple variations of the same message for testing and optimisation
