A globalBPO/customer experience (CX) management solutions provider, is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Champion/Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing company processes and procedures.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues in current business processes.
- Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity
- Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years experience in continuous/process improvement or business excellence
- Open to candidates from different industries.
- Preferably from BPO or Manufacturing company.
- At least a green belt certified
- Experience in Kaizen and/or Lean Six Sigma
