Eaton’s PCD Power Components Division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader to join the team at the Horseheads, NY location.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

**What you’ll do:**

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader defines and drives the strategic direction for operational excellence at the site. This role ensures the effective deployment of Lean and Eaton Business System (EBS) principles, prioritizes high-impact initiatives, and removes roadblocks to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture. When leading CI resources, the role coaches and aligns them to business priorities, ensuring execution of sustainable improvements.
