Job Description - In charge of ensuring the implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects in the company
- Responsible for expanding and sustaining the lean deployment efforts through facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events
- In charge of identifying, deployment and driving successful completion of Lean projects/initiatives
- In charge of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and managing the efficiently the sharing of best practices among departments
Job Requirements - Minimum Degree in Aersopace Engineering or relevant
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in driving continous improvement projects
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros will be advantage
