Job Description: - In charge of identifying, deploying and driving the successful completion of targeted projects and initiatives that deliver operational and financial results, as well as improved customer satisfaction.
- Taking charge as a Business Partner to the Site to drive step-change improvements in business performance by analysing company processes and procedures and developing process enhancement strategies.
- Establish and implement an effective framework and structure across the organization to enable continuous business improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity.
