Instructor – Insulator Apprenticeship Program

We are seeking experienced industry professionals to serve as instructors in NAIT’s Insulator Apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive courses.
• Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
• Provide students with timely and constructive feedback. Ability to submit marks/records promptly.
• Provide direct classroom/lab instruction while utilizing appropriate instructional strategies to maximize student motivation and learning in a skill‑building environment.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Maintain professional and ethical relationships with students and colleagues.
