Salary: Up to $4500
Responsibilities - Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repair works for building facilities
- Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems
- Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works
- Respond to facility issues and equipment breakdowns
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing works
- Support fire safety checks and workplace safety inspections
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Assist with office setup, furniture installation, and equipment relocation when required
