Job Description
Summary : Support Project Management teams in management and successful delivery of assigned projects. Act as an advocate for the company and the client. Manage client communication via email and as needed, other channels (e.g., teleconferences). Promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the role. Demonstrate professionalism and customer service excellence when working with internal and external clients. Exercise independent judgment and analytical skills to fulfil the responsibilities of this position.
