Direct responsibility for successfully overseeing and implementing contractual policies and procedures relating to all contractual matters leading in collaborating with all disciplines within the business for multiple projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review of all incoming contractual correspondence and implementation of necessary responses in protection of the company’s contractual and commercial interests on the project.
- Demonstrate a sound working knowledge and application of the construction contract and supplier / subcontract agreements in their administration; together with advising on good contractual techniques and processes for the benefit of the company.
- Assume overall responsibility of day to day contractual administration on given projects, and providing ongoing advice to all concerned parties (Project Director, Project Manager, etc)
- Draft timely contractual notices for potential time and cost related events.
