Responsibilities
Manage both
pre-tender
(cost estimation, risk review) and
post-tender
(negotiation, final accounts) phases.
Administer main contracts and sub-contractor agreements.
Identify and manage Variation Orders (VOs) and claims.
Lead and mentor a junior QS
to ensure accuracy in measurements and documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure project profitability.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.
Proven experience in
Interior Fit-Out
(Main Contractor side).
Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and contract forms.
Leadership qualities with a sharp eye for commercial risk.
