This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and operationally strong individual to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple flat roofing contracts from inception to completion

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Oversee site teams, subcontractors, materials, and quality standards

Monitor project progress, financial performance, and programme delivery

Build and maintain strong client relationships
