  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements, service multiple repairs and maintenance contracts across the Midlands
  • Manage operational delivery, budgets, KPIs, and client relationships
  • Ensure contracts are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Lead and support operational teams including supervisors and site staff
  • Monitor financial performance, profitability, and reporting
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service improvements
  • Build strong relationships with housing association partners
