The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation through to execution and close-out. You will play a critical role in ensuring contracts are compliant, risks are effectively managed, and commercial objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company policies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Manage contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes
- Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
