Job Description

The Position

The Office Administrator (contractor role) is the first point of contact with the company, providing administrative support to all team members and ensuring smooth operation of office events.

Main responsibilities

  • Welcomes & attends to visitors and external service providers.
  • Handles inquiries on the phone and face-to-face; takes and relays messages.
  • Handles incoming and outbound postal & courier services & parcels, and manages external vendors (tracking & invoicing). Picks up, sorts and distributes incoming mail and parcels.
  • Maintains a register for incoming mail.
  • Takes care of printing corners across the office ensuring all are well equipped with stationary and in order.
  • Restocks meeting rooms with stationary and meeting supplies.
  • Acts as a goods receiver for office supplies and other deliveries, as assigned.
