Overview

The candidate will be responsible for Avionics Systems Engineering across all Bombardier aircraft and new aircraft development programs, including aftermarket and defense.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage overall systems and subsystems requirements to ensure safety, certification, and aircraft design objectives are met.
• Work with system suppliers and other interfacing suppliers and disciplines to ensure smooth system integration on the aircraft.
• Be responsible for the timely integration of systems such as AFCS, communication, navigation, displays, information/maintenance & recording, cabin connectivity, and more onto the aircraft.
• Write, conduct, or witness development and certification tests on the aircraft and/or rigs.
• Review, analyze, and approve test results.
