Role Overview
*** is seeking a Recruitment Media Analyst to support the programmatic and digital advertising lifecycle within our talent acquisition space. Reporting directly to a Media Manager, you will be the primary steward of a ***k/month (***k+ annualized) budget. Your focus will be on the execution, daily pacing, and deep-dive reporting of banner and programmatic campaigns to ensure high-quality applicant flow into *** s internal systems.
Core Responsibilities
" Campaign Operations: Execute and monitor programmatic banner ads and digital placements across recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
" Budget Stewardship: Manage monthly spend (~***k) with high precision, ensuring no overspends while maximizing lead volume.
