The Contracts Management Department Manager – Northern is responsible for establishing and leading the contracts management function, ensuring all contracts are administered in full compliance with client requirements, government regulations, and PMM processes across the program. The role oversees contract performance, change management, claims, payments, and close-out processes, while supporting bid evaluations, contract formation, and maintaining alignment with procurement laws in Saudi Arabia. With extensive experience, the position also drives team leadership, capability development, and knowledge transfer, while providing strategic guidance on contract risks, negotiations, and dispute resolution to support successful project delivery.
