The Contract Manager will provide contract and construction law information, tools and guidelines in accordance with company policy, standard industry practice and scope of work obligations required to achieve signed agreements with customers.
The successful incumbent will have accountability for complex contract revisions, comprehensive risk assessments, change management, and managing difficult relationships. Oversee, train and document all day-to-day and monthly activities involved in contract review and negotiation on all active projects as well as supporting sales in the review of agreements included in the bidding process and completion of Subcontractor Prequalification applications as required.
