Contracts Manager – Façade & Recladding

Location: London & Home Counties

Salary: £90,000–£100,000 + Package

Contract: Permanent (CIS / Limited Company options also available)

Albion Recruitment is exclusively supporting one of our key clients in the appointment of an experienced Contracts Manager.

Our client is a specialist façade and building envelope contractor with almost 30 years of industry experience and a group turnover exceeding £40 million. Operating nationwide, they deliver high-quality façade solutions across the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors for Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors.

Due to continued growth and a strong secured order book, they are looking to appoint a senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple façade projects across London and the Home Counties.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing projects from design stage through to handover.
