Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on a 2‑year contract, based in Lincoln.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ownership of project orders with a broader technology input, coordinating multiple projects valued up to €15 million.
• Primary customer contact for your project portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive project progress and execution, from sales handover to customer handover.
• Monitor technical and commercial aspects of projects, maintaining control over schedules and budgets. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure on‑time delivery of projects.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalating as necessary.
