You will be joining a well-established and growing specialist contractor based in the Dartford area. The organisation deliversmercial and high-security solutions across a broad range of sectors, including infrastructure, industrial environments and secure facilities. The business has developed a strong reputation for delivering technicallyplex projects to a high standard and maintains long-standing relationships with both principal contractors and end clients. Typical package sizes vary from 100k–500k, including groundworks, fencing, hoarding and temporary works.

Your new role

As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from contract award through topletion. This is a hands-on position requiring close coordination between clients, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
