ROLE SUMMARY
The Contracts Manager will lead DOSK's tendering function and manage end-to-end contract and commercial matters for civil, utilities, and M&E-related projects. The role is responsible for driving compliant and competitive tender submissions, negotiating contract terms, administering main and subcontract agreements, managing variations/claims, and strengthening commercial governance across projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A) Lead Tendering Team (Core)
Lead and manage the tendering team to deliver timely, accurate, and competitive submissions (end-to-end).
Review ITT/RFQ documents, drawings, specifications, and contractual terms identify risks, assumptions, and qualifications.
Drive tender strategy, bid positioning, and pricing governance in collaboration with project/QS/engineering/procurement teams.
Oversee preparation of tender deliverables (method statements, schedules, commercial submissions, clarifications, and compliance matrices).
