Summary Section
To ensure high quality administrative support is provided to the Contracts Department from inception through to Contract Close-Out.
Responsibilities:
Provides technical assistance to the Contracts Department personnel.Supports the Contracts Administrators in the preparation of tender invitation documents.Supports the Contracts Administrators in the production of documentation for approvals etc.Distributes the Contract documents as directed by the Contracts Administrator.Completes and ensures safe storage of contract audit files.Maintains contract correspondence files.Arranges for any original bonds, warranties, insurance certificates or policies to be copied and distributed as directed by the Contracts Administrator.Supports the Contracts Administrators in the production of...
