Control & Automation Engineer-in-training – St. John’s

Location: St. John's, NL, Canada Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will: Work independently and as part of a team to complete control and automation engineering design deliverables for a variety of projects. Prepare Control and Automation deliverables, including but not limited to: Instrumentation and Control Design Criteria; Communication design criteria (wireless networks, fiber optic networks); Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs); Procurement packages for instrumentation and plant control system equipment (specifications, technical bid evaluation, vendor data review); Engineering Lists (Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Cable Schedules, material take‑offs); Design Deliverables (Interconnection diagrams, Loop Drawings, Layout drawings, Installation drawings, Control Panel Layouts, Control System Architecture); Functional Descriptions and Control Philosophy; program using PLC and/or DCS as per ...
