Job responsibilities

• Control-M agent installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Control-M upgrade / migration from lower to higher version.
• Control-M integration with external applications/tools/DevOps /CI-CD/API
• Control-M integration with cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Control-M external plugin integrations such as SAP / Backup / Database.
• Control-M job scheduling and issue troubleshooting.
• JIRA / Confluence / ServiceNow / Adhere to KPI / SLA
• Hands on experience on Dockers, Containers, OCP, K8s
• Documentation and reports (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly)
• Troubleshooting of Control-M issues and hands on experience in fixing major incidents

Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience on BMC Control-M
